Inspite of the fact that dumu-šú is twice written in the singular (ll.3 and 26), it was not only Lâbâši who was a son of Rēmūt-Nabû//Rē’i-alpi, but also Bēl-ittannu and Nabû-ittannu. For Bēl-ittannu/Rēmūt-Nabû/Rē’i-alpi see, e.g., BM 25125 no. 203, for Nabû-ittannu/Rēmūt-Nabû/Rē’i-alpi see, e.g., BM 26501 no. 205. Several notes were written in the process of dividing the oxherd prebend between the three brothers, of which the following are edited in this volume: BM 82658 no. 209, BM 82659 no. 210, BM82665 no. 211, BM 82761 no. 212. Reference should also be made to BM 25125 no. 203 according to which Bēl-ittannu owned at an unknown moment 59 days of the oxherd prebend by himself. 

NOTES
(25)       The calculation of the grand total (“60 days”) is wrong: the subtotals of each month add up to a total of 70 days. However, it is almost certain that this figure is wrong as well. There is at least one mistake in the enumeration of days that can be detected with the help of BM 26509 no. 191. The mistake occurs in the subtotal for month X (text: “12” days) caused by the error in l.19. BM 26509 no. 191 shows that in the third part of month X days 21, 22, 24, 25, 28 and 29 were in possession. The scribe of BM 26502 made a mistake in l.19 by repeating ud.21.kam. He corrected this to ud.22.kam by adding 2.kam to the second ud.21.kam. This caused confusion when he added up the days in l.20, counting “ud.21.kam 2.kam” as 2 days. 
(27)       I do not follow R. Zadok’s reading of the royal name as Šamaš-erība (2009: 130). The sign šú at the end of the name is clear, making it likely that Xerxes is meant here inspite of the short title King of Babylon. Moreover, 21/IV is too early for the revolt of Šamaš-erība (Waerzeggers 2004: 169).
