Building III was primarily composed of a terrace, on which a construction was built and a courtyard to the east. The foundation apron indicates an initial project that followed a rectangle measuring 44 m by over 55 m from east to west. Later on, a mud-brick terrace measuring 32.20 x 38.70 m and over 2 m high was built. For reasons of cohesion it was compartmented into boxes filled with gravel, taken from the general apron of the initial plan on either side of the terrace.
Access to the building, for which no elevations remain, was located in the southeast corner via a staircase, the lower part of which has been found. Using the layout of the compartments as a guideline some of which are very narrow (1.80 m), reconstruction of the plan yielded no results. The reconstruction proposed, however, is based on the variable thickness of the mud-brick walls (three categories) to put forward a plausible plan in Achaemenid architecture in particular and taking the open spaces to the east and the south into account.
